Large, sunny studio share available in South Bronx

Seeking a studio mate for my beautiful 400 sq ft studio in Mott Haven / Port Morris. Spacious studio with three large windows, Internet, heat and A/C, coffee maker, slop sink in the hall. Great light, great energy. Just off the Brook Ave stop on the 6 train, or a short drive from Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Building has designated parking in front.

I tend to keep business hours, so the space might work especially well for someone who works primarily weekends and/or evenings, though I'm also happy to co-work during the days. I'd love to find someone who's friendly, respectful, serious about their work and laid back about their space.

Hi Samantha, what is the space being used for now? Is there a specific type of "partner" you are interested in?

I work as an artist in one half of the space, predominantly in sculpture and classical mosaic. Open to any possible use for the other half - what do you have in mind?

Thank you. We have contacts in NY's garment sector; I just wanted to see if it made sense to forward your listing to them.

Absolutely - feel free to share if it might be a good fit! Thanks.

Will do. I know they are always seeking space for both production and storage, though I am not sure what other requirements they might have for said space. Good luck!
